What to do with those expired coupons. It seems like such a waste to just throw them away, even if you recycle them. It's like throwing away money. And you're right, it is a waste and you can put those expired coupons to good use.

A quick overview of the site. Military families overseas can use coupons up to 6 months after it has expired! Try to send coupons that are no more than 2 months expired so as to allow plenty of time for the coupons to reach their destination, be sorted and distributed. To help in the sort (done by volunteers) place all Food and Non-Food coupons in separate plastic bags & label or place them in separate mailing envelops and label. Check out the hints page! You can also volunteer to help OCP or make a donation.
First you need to adopt a base, check out the base list and adopt one. Get plenty of priority envelopes from the post office, flat rate saves money and gets there quicker. You'll also need a customs form. All this is explained on the website in full detail.
Also, check with your workplace or your child's school about starting one. It's a great program and it helps many families.
